Johnny Appleseed Day at The Woods!
September 25
🍎 Johnny Appleseed Day at The Woods!
Lower elementary and Pre-K will be celebrating Johnny Appleseed Day on Friday, September 25!
Our students will spend the day learning all about Johnny Appleseed through stories, hands-on activities, crafts, and plenty of apple-themed fun! Along the way, they’ll explore how apples grow, learn about the life of John Chapman, and talk about the kindness and generosity he was known for.
🍎 Students are encouraged to wear red or something apple-themed!
We love finding ways to make learning memorable at The Woods, and this is always such a fun fall tradition. We can’t wait for a sweet day of learning, creating, and celebrating together! ❤️💙
