4th and 5th Grade Field Trip to Washington on the Brazos

The Woods Private School is eagerly anticipating an upcoming field trip for our elementary students to “Washington on the Brazos.” This exciting excursion promises to offer our young learners a unique opportunity to explore the rich history of Texas firsthand. As they prepare to visit the very site where the Texas Declaration of Independence was signed, our students are filled with anticipation, looking forward to immersive learning experiences, engaging with the past, and gaining a deeper understanding of the vital role this historic location played in shaping our great state. We’re gearing up for a day of exploration, discovery, and fostering a profound appreciation for Texas heritage.
