The following forms are due the first day your child attends school:
PRESCHOOL INFORMATION
SCHEDULE
All Preschool classes are in session from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Extended hours are available from 7:15 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
We have two-day (Tuesday/Thursday), three-day (Monday/Wednesday/Friday) and five-day (M-F) classes available for preschool students.
TUITION
Tuition payments are due the first day of school. You may
choose from the following: 10 equal payments with the first
payment due on the first day of school (August 13th ) and
subsequent payments due on the first of each month, August to
May 2026. A one-time payment for the school year, which will
include a 2% discount, can be made the first day of school.
FORMS
All forms should be returned at your child’s Open House. State
Licensing requires a Health Form (signed by a physician),
Release of Information, Allergies/Authorization, Field Trip
Information Form, and Authorization Form. You may also bring
forms the first day your child attends school.
SUPPLIES
School supplies for all students are included in the Registration/Supply Fee. Your child’s supplies will be placed in their classroom and available for the first day they attend school.
All students are required to purchase a backpack large enough to accommodate supplies, folders, binders, and lunches. Each student should bring a personal water bottle to school each day - all lunches and water bottles should be labeled with student's name.
ELEMENTARY INFORMATION
SCHEDULE
All Elementary classes:
Grades K - 3rd begin at 8:30 a.m. and release at 3:00 p.m.
Grades 4th and 5th begin at 8:15 a.m. and release at 3:00 p.m.
Extended Care available from 7:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Fourth and Fifth grade students will be required to purchase a Chromebook in order to have access to technology.
BOY'S UNIFORMS
Required: Red Polo with The Woods logo and navy pants for official field trips and photos
Optional: Red polo, white polo, navy polo, red/navy stripe polo navy or khaki shorts and pants
GIRL'S UNIFORMS
Required: White Peter Pan blouse and plaid jumper or red polo (with logo) and plaid skirt from Lands for field trips and photos.
Optional: Red polo, white polo, navy polo, red/navy stripe polo navy, khaki or plaid skirts, shorts and skirts
If the student's apparel does not meet with these specifications, the parents will be called and requested to bring the appropriate uniform items to the student.
ELEMENTARY UNIFORMS
All elementary students, Kindergarten through Fifth, are required to wear uniforms Monday through Thursday. Students may wear regular school attire on Friday (Free Dress Day). Your child may wear any rubber-soled shoes each day. Printable Uniform Information

In addition to the required uniforms, additional accessories or style options may be purchased for an extra fee. If ordered online, uniforms will be delivered directly to your home.
