2nd Grader Help pack 1,437 pajamas for those in need.

Our 2nd graders took on an important leadership role this week as they helped organize and pack up an incredible 1,437 pairs of pajamas collected through our school-wide pajama drive for those in need. Working together as a team, students carefully sorted, folded, and boxed the donations while learning firsthand about the power of community service and collective action. This hands-on service project provided our young learners with meaningful opportunities to develop organizational skills, practice teamwork and collaboration, and most importantly, cultivate compassion and empathy for others in our community. The students beamed with pride knowing that their efforts would help ensure children and families in need will have warm, comfortable pajamas, transforming an abstract concept of "helping others" into a tangible, real-world impact that deepens their understanding of generosity, citizenship, and the difference we can make when we work together toward a common goal.
